Our Associate, Retail Channels perform facilities reviews, channels quality assessment and monitoring to ensure compliance with our brand.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform facilities reviews, channels quality assessment and monitoring to ensure compliance with our brand.
- Perform quality assurance reviews to assess & measure performance and compliance with our franchise.
- Review quality of service interactions on face to face, remote (phone, chats, social media) and digital channels.
- Review digital channels readiness and service levels are complying.
- Review and provide facilities recommendations from the customer journey perspective.
- Monitor channels readiness for daily operations and service.
- Prepare review report to inform findings, non-compliance, and observations to corresponding supervisor.
- Assist in the continued improvement of SOP’s based on quality assurance reviews.
- Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Associate degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field required related field required.
- One (1) year of experience perform facilities inspections.
- Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems/issues, gather data and information, evaluate an and recommend alternative solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and other business applications.
- Fully Bilingual - English and Spanish (written and verbal)
