USA Job Function Description: Designs and develops and executes quality assurance programs and policies. Tests and analyzes software to ensure compliance with specified standards and end-user requirements. Conducts test planning, writing test cases, test case automation, and test execution/defect tracking. Drafts, revises and approves test plans and scripts to ensure alignment with standards and IT strategy. Coordinates with users to plan user acceptance testing, alpha and beta testing. Plans, documents and directs system tests and resolves issues.
Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:
Acts as Subject Matter Expert conducting complex software/systems testing.
Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced Quality Assurance/Testing personnel.
Leads test releases and system integration for new technology and/or prototype systems.
Develops complex test plans with critical business impact related to new or enhanced products and services.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Work Experience:
5+years ; Experience developing test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to evaluate and identify opportunities to improve technology performance.
Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
Ability to stay continuously informed on current leading-edge technologies industry trends.
Project management skills.
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
Ability to interact with senior-level management and clients and hold technology discussions with non-technical individuals.
Ability to comprehend data, draw conclusions from complex reports, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown.
