Overview:

Signalink, a rapidly growing small company, is currently seeking an Atlassian Product Subject Matter Expert to join the team as an integral member of the Army Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office (PO).

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support the Project Office in the application of the Atlassian Products, predominantly Jira and Confluence, in a tailored SAFe agile software development environment
• Drive innovation to provide efficiencies in the team(s) processes
• Create custom Jira projects with complex workflows and permission schemas
• Research, select, recommend, and apply appropriate third party plug-in’s as required
• Determines the organization’s best practices for automating the generation of products and out of Jira/Confluence for Roadmaps, collection of program metrics, and other presentation data.
• Provide training on Atlassian products as well as tailored process and SOP’s germane to the organization

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) from an accredited college (ABET preferred) in engineering or computer science
• Minimum of 3 years as an advanced user with Atlassian Products
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance or higher
  
• US citizenship
• Up to 10% travel

Preferred Experience and Knowledge:

• Experience with the SAFe agile process
• Atlassian Pro Badges (APB’s) in relevant areas such as Jira Align Agilist
• Relevant experience with third-party Atlassian Plug-ins
