Kirkendall Dwyer is a national Social Security Disability law firm with headquarters in Dallas, Texas. Our practice is growing, and we are seeking a licensed Attorney to join the Disability Hearing Division. This position is open for remote candidates! We will provide all equipment needed to get started, including a laptop.
Compensation based on experience.
The primary responsibility will include preparing for and attending disability hearings. Additional responsibilities could include:
- Handle online and phone hearings with the Social Security Administration
- Preparing medical summaries for upcoming hearings
- Speaking with clients in preparation for their upcoming hearing via phone/Zoom
- Drafting pre and post hearing briefs
- Contacting clients when the hearing decision is received
- Working in conjunction with the Managing Attorney to review files
- Assisting team members in the Hearing Division
- Reviewing decisions rendered by Administrative Law Judges

Incentives include: appeals council briefings, hearing briefings, and hearing win rate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
