We are seeking an organised and motivated Audit Assistant to join our Audit team. The Audit department is responsible for ensuring all areas of our business adhere to the correct company policies & procedures. We are looking for someone to assist with the day-to-day running of the department and effectively liaise with Lidl International, head office departments and our regional distribution centres.

What you'll do

  • Coordinating all Audit tasks with departments throughout the company
  • Assisting the Audit team with translations from German to English
  • Providing administrative support to the Head of Internal Audit & the Internal Audit team
  • Analysing data, writing reports and creating presentations
  • Managing all department correspondence from Ireland/Northern Ireland & Lidl International (Germany)
  • Co-ordination of multi-site projects
  • Diary management including coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Liaise with department heads in relation to the management of project plans
  • Work with the Audit team to ensure deadline adherence

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task and handle conflicting deadlines
  • Previous experience in an administrative or PA role is beneficial

  • Salary of €30,950 rising to €42,000 over 4 years
