Onsite/Remote:Partial Remote Position
This position may be located in Moline, Illinois, Johnston, Iowa, or Chicago, Illinois, per the hiring manager's discretion. This may be dependent on the successful candidate's background, experience, and proficiency.
Your Responsibilities
As an Audit Supervisor - IT, for John Deere located in Johnston, IA, Moline, IL, or Chicago IL you will plan, manage and close audit engagements throughout the global Enterprise. In addition, you will:
Work within an agile methodology for planning and executing audit deliverables and tasks- Plan, scope and supervise audit engagements and advisory reviews while setting priorities among tasks according to urgency and risk
- Coach and support auditors in their conclusions regarding controls over information systems and related infrastructure and look beyond symptoms for the root cause
- Provide feedback to auditors throughout audit engagements
- Build relationships with business partners and work collaboratively to understand the IT environment and manage risks
- Support external auditors for audit engagements as needed
- Lead continuous improvement projects and innovation within Internal Audit

What Skills You Need
- 2 or more years of demonstrated information technology experience, auditing or internal control analyst experience
- Proficient written, interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to plan, manage, and oversee the work associated with an audit engagement
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%
What Makes You Stand Out
Previous experience supervising or coaching team members- Active professionally recognized certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification
- Familiarity and application of internal control frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, COSO, etc.
- Working knowledge of one or more of the following areas: SAP or financial reporting system administration, AWS Cloud, application development, cyber security, operating systems, database administration principles, distributed or legacy systems, server, and network architecture
- Demonstrated experience working as a team member on an agile delivery team which includes knowledge and practice of agile methodology and ceremonies
- Desire and experience working with global stakeholders
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, IT or related field.
