Overview:
AUSTIN, TX (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) - Great family in Lakeway is seeking a FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT NANNY for their 3 daughters, 5, 2, and 9 months. The oldest daughter will be in school full-time, 8 am - 3 pm, so the main childcare will need to be for the 2-year-old and 9-month-old. In August the 2-year-old will be in preschool on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 am - 1 pm. The candidate will need to be able to drive to pick children up from school in the afternoons (toddler at 1 pm and 5-year-old at 3 pm).

Hours are 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday. The perfect candidate is college educated, energetic, a great communicator, reliable, proactive, active, and has experience with infants and toddlers. Duties include cooking for the children, laundry for the children, light cleaning, and overall keeping the house picked up after the kids. The nanny needs to be a competent swimmer and comfortable taking the children to the local neighborhood pool during the summer months. The family has a maid service that comes twice a month that will care for major cleaning.

Dad works from home and mom is in a hybrid role, working from home a few days a week and in the office on other days. The candidate needs to have their own transportation but can use the family minivan for transporting the children. There is a cat in the home that does not need care, no pet allergies.

The family has no vaccination preference. Benefits include paid sick days + paid vacation + $200 monthly healthcare stipend. Start date is 4/17. Pay is $25-30/hr.

Qualifications:
BA/BS college degree | AA in related field of study

CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)

Ability to make a one-year commitment unless applying for a temporary position

A passion for working with children

Two+ years childcare experience

Excellent work and personal references

U.S. driver's license (this does not apply to NYC residents)

Complete Stop the Silence Training upon Membership

Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus

Competent swimmer

Non-smoker

Willing to go through extensive Background Check

Must be Live-Scanned and registered with Trustline if CA resident

Willingness to show proof of immunizations

No-cell phone driving signed guarantee

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
