We’re looking for an Authorized Officer, Tech Project Officer to:
- Perform project/program administration activities per company standards.
- Provide support to various program/project managers in order to achieve project success factors.
- Perform financial management activities (resource allocation, financial reconciliations and reporting).
- Prepare and publish project/program status reports to management as part of project monitoring and control processes.
- Ensure project/programs compliance to company frameworks and methodologies.

Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement
Waterfall;
Technology, shared services, financials project management or quality control;
Knowledge of asset and artifact management tools, source control tools and industry standards (Program & Project Management best practices and framework, PPM, SDLC);
Framework management;
Managing complex portfolios through financial planning, resource forecasting, risk/issues management and structured reporting; and
Project administration including program/project setup, cost object, change management and estimation (for cost and schedule); analyzing and synthesizing data into readable sets.
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered role or in a Associate Developer or related role. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience as an Associate Developer or related role.
- Position requires experience with the following:
