Splash Auto Spa is looking for an Auto Detail Technician to join our growing company. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of the top auto detailing company in Las Cruces. We're looking for someone who can WOW every customer, efficiently clean and detail vehicles of all types, and work in cooperation with others to achieve common goals. Our Auto Detail Technician will perform an array of car detailing tasks and occasionally vehicle paint corrections, ceramic coatings, wraps, powder coating etc.

Splash Detailing is locally owned and provides amazing automotive services. We pride ourselves in providing great customer service, and convenience to the Las Cruces area. We offer a variety of services ranging from basic hand washing to full-service detailing. We also offer paint correction, ceramic coating paint protection, and other automotive modification services such, paint protection film, liquid & vinyl wraps and restoration services. We do it all; motorcycles, cars, RV’s, trucks, boats, and everything in between!

Job responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and keep the shop area neat and clean
• Examine the vehicle to determine and recommend additional services that will best meet the needs of the customer
• Up sell vehicle paint correction, and protection services to customers on a regular basis
• Work with a sense of urgency that demonstrates the value we place on our customers' time.

Job requirements

• 1 year minimum auto detailing experience
• Preferred experience in auto detail and paint correction, paintless dent repair (PDR), auto body repair and painting, modifications, vinyl wraps, powder coating, etc.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to learn quickly and carry out oral and written instructions in a fast-paced environment
• The willingness to come to work on time and stay on task
• Availability to work Saturday’s and occasionally Sunday’s

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
