We are currently looking for Management to work in our Escondido NAPA Auto Parts on Auto Park Way, Escondido.

Job Description – Management Team
- Being in management at one of our NAPA stores you will be an integral part of our company. Each member of our Management Team is responsible for providing administrative support and an atmosphere where our core values are being maintained. Training, maintaining inventories, meeting daily sales quotas and effective team leadership are all important aspects of our expectations.
- Customer Service is #1; however, just as importantly, you will be responsible for the overall success of assisting in running one of our NAPA Stores. Team leadership, training, hiring, payroll budget, retail sales, cash management, opening/closing the store, inventory management, lobby and merchandising.
- You will develop strategies to meet your customers’ needs and work hard to make us their first choice for their automotive needs.
- We will rely on your abilities to manage the store while providing the knowledge and tools to meet sales expectations.
- Automotive experience is preferred but it is not absolutely required.
