Responsibilities
· Answering phone calls, providing answers and solutions along with price quotes and availability
· Assisting walk-in customers in purchasing needed parts and supplies
· Locate available parts when the dealership is out of stock
· Providing outstanding customer care and interactions with everyone
· Parts employees will move throughout the parts shelves all day, reaching and climbing to obtain parts from inventory
Qualifications
· Previous Auto Parts Experience helpful
· Must have computer proficiency
· Reliable, friendly and professional
· Valid driver’s license
· Strong communication skills
