Ted Russell Ford Lincoln is looking for a Collision Painter/Refinisher to assist our Collision center in processing the work we're encountering on a weekly basis! Whether you are new to the industry, or been painting for years -- we want to hear from you!

We've been serving East Tennessee since 1971 and benefit from 50 years of name recognition. Quality of work is our #1 most important metric. When someone is in an accident, the last thing they should have to worry about is that their vehicle will not be repaired properly. We have an excellent relationship with every major insurer as well as access to OEM parts to make sure we can turn vehicles quickly using the best parts available. We're I-CAR Gold Class shop and work on all makes & models.

We are focused on quality repairs and are proud of that. Knoxville is a beautiful place with a lot of amenities and a proud city. We are looking for someone who wants to join our team long term. I feel like we have a good group of technicians here and we work individually, but we help each other out. We are all about teamwork. We offer many incentives. Sign on bonus is available upon qualification.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 5-year experience, however we are open to training a candidate with less experience.

Must have own tools and a reliable form of transportation.

This job is for a technician that wants to work at a busy shop but not a production environment.

We focus on quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess the knowledge and experience to prep cars for paint, apply primer and block sand.

Must be able to tint colors to match vehicle color.

Should be able to buff and polish cars as needed.

Must be able to lift heavy objects and proper PPR is required.

The ideal candidate will be a team player and easy to get along with.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
