QSI Automation, Inc. has been serving our customers since our founding in 1988. We build and service fully automated cells, feeder systems, injection molds, and plastic injection machinery along with providing custom machining services. We are looking to grow our team by adding a new Automation Account & Project Manager. This is a full time salary position that is responsible for project management throughout the design and build process of custom automation systems. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining customer service and sales support.

Job requirements include the following:

• Previous knowledge/experience with automation and equipment
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, controls systems, and their applications
• Maintain professional relationship with customers, vendors, and co-workers
• Minimal travel inside the US, with little to no overnight or weekend travel required

Job responsibilities include the following:

• Customer communications as appropriate
• All new job order set ups and order entry
• New project kickoffs with customer and internal groups
• Communications with Automation Manager, ME Manager, and CE Manager
• Customer visits
• Prepare follow up quotes, quote revisions, and "adder" quotes on current projects
• Assembly and controls scheduling- manpower and priorities (floor level- occassionally)
• Coordinate scheduling with Automation Manager for installs and service
• Shipping and receiving communications and scheduling
• Progressive billings on current projects
• Marketing, lead generation, and outside representative communications
