Large Automotive Group in Paramus, NJ is looking for an Experienced Automotive Account Executive to assist in a busy, high volume business development department. We have both Part Time and Full Time Positions Available. Prior Experience with Email Marketing a Plus! Willing to Train. Pay is based off Experience.
Responsibilities will Include:
- Scheduling Service Appointments
- Customer Service
- Market Research
- Email Marketing
- Customer Relations Follow-up
- Cashiering
Requirements:
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Prior Phone Skills
- Prior Call Center Experience
- Prior Experience working in Marketing and/or Customer Service
- Prior Experience in Automotive
- Proficient Computer Skills-(Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work in High Volume work environment
- Exceptional Organizational Skills
