Automotive SERVICE Appointment Setter/BDC Representative

BASE+COMMISSION+BONUS

$600/wk Training Salary!

Earn $40,500 to in excess of $48,700+ (first year potential)

As a result, we are in immediate need of additional Service BDC Reps in our service business development center (located at Honda of Westborough) that handles setting service appointments and providing customer follow-up, for nearly 20 of the Herb Chambers locations. This is a customer service, call center position that involves inbound and out bound calls, sending and receiving emails, working the phone, setting service appointments & customer follow-up. If you possess a high level of customer service and have worked as a telemarketer, or worked in phone sales or a call center, this may be your next step!

A HIGH DEGREE of CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE is DESIRED

Prior Experience as a Telemarketer/Customer Service/Call Center Rep is a PLUS!

**Prior BDC Experience is a PLUS!**

***Basic Computer and phone skills are a MUST***
