NAPLETON BUICK GMC Crystal Lake is seeking a Full Time Receptionist/Cashier to join our growing team. This position is key to creating a customer friendly environment. Candidates must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong administrative and organizational skills, good computer and internet skills, and an excellent customer service focus. This is a Full Time Position.

Job Responsibilities:
Greeting Customers at the Cashier Office and Answering all Incoming Calls
Accepts Responsibility and Accountability for his or her money drawer
Issue Receipts, Refunds, Credits, or Change due to Customers.
Following up with service customers and scheduling service appointments
Provide General Administrative and Clerical support as needed
Backup Service Advisor
Submitting Warranty
Service BDC duties
Qualifications:
Proficient oral and written communication skills
Computer proficiency
Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines and work in a proficient manner
Works cooperatively in a team environment with all levels of professional staff
Customer Service experience
Strong Organization Skills, able to Multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
