DAY-TO-DAY

This customer service position works a varied schedule of 40 hours/week during our business hours, which are 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, and 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday.

As an Automotive Customer Care Associate - Auto Service Writer, you are an important member of our team. Each day, you come to work ready to act as a go-between for both our customers and our technicians. After a customer brings in a vehicle for service or repairs, you keep that customer in the know. You clearly explain the needed repairs and sometimes act as a sounding board when a customer complains.

A car lover yourself, you understand their frustrations, but you know we can fix anything that comes through our doors. Using your excellent customer service skills, you calmly diffuse the situation and reassure them that we have their back. Throughout the day, you speak with many of our clients, and you enjoy your interactions with them. Being paid to talk about cars is your dream come true and the reason you can't wait to come to work every day!
