Prestige Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our Prestige Cadillac of Warren, MI dealership.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing the Sales Department to ensure that dealership goals are met.
• Plan, organize and control activities of the Sales Departments.
• Oversee all activities of the Sales Department, including monitoring the showroom, the department finances, customer service, brand, inventory, advertising, and prospecting.
• Monitor and evaluate daily employee performance, provide on-going feedback, coaching, training, and career guidance as necessary.
• Enforce processes and standards to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient and effective sales.
• Identifies customer concerns, needs, and expectations so that action plans can be determined and implemented.
• Assist Salespeople when making the CLOSE.
• Keep the dealership CSI above the zone requirements.
• Strive for excellence every day!

Experience:

• Minimum of high school degree and/or some college experience equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years auto sales management experience.
• Team building and automotive sales training experience.
• Customer service position with a notable record of customer satisfaction.
• Retail sales with notable sales record for volume and profit.
• College degree with a strong emphasis on business skills preferred but is not required.
