Anaheim Hyundai is looking for Service Advisors to join the team.

• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Able to multitask in a high-volume store.
• Experience in the automotive field may be advantageous.
• A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
• Proficiency with industry-specific software. Reynolds Ignite is a plus.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Transparency and Integrity.
• Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management.
• Hyundai Experience a Plus!
• Great pay plan above standard.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers promptly and professionally
• Determine customer's primary concern and review additional maintenance needs when appropriate
• Consulting the technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered in place of expensive repairs
• Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary
• Informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections
• Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up
• Maintain a CSI score above national average
• Maintain certifications

Pay: $54,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
