Responsibilities
- Attend to clients in need of maintenance and repairs of their vehicles
- Utilize software to increase the efficiency of the client’s experience
- Accurately detail clients visit on the repair orders
- Confirm warranty coverage and assist in processing claims
- Explain product performance and benefits
- Build strong rapport with customers
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of customer’s vehicle inspection
Qualifications
- Hospitality mindset
- Previous customer service advisor experience required
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
- Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone
- Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
- Prepared to be a “sponge” with Service Managers
- Eager to learn about the automotive industry
