Job description

The Service Advisor is responsible for obtaining customer information in preparation for the next available service personnel. It is important that the Service Advisor views their customer interactions as a customer service opportunity, and their primary focus should be to maintain and develop customer relationships in addition to assisting them with their vehicle concerns. If you are interested in joining our Service Department, we are looking for candidates who have a basic understanding of maintenance and repair services and have proven experience working with customers in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate to the customer the details of the repair, including who is working on the car, how long it will take, and what exactly needs to be done.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and keeping track of customers' information.
• Problem solve if a customer is unhappy with their service.
• Complete daily paperwork.
• Quickly assess if a car requires a tow, and if so, call a tow truck.
• Maintain a polite and courteous demeanor with customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
