Automotive Service Advisor Wanted

Tilton Automotive, a family-owned, growth-oriented auto repair shop in Belchertown, MA is hiring a Service Advisor. We are expanding and are looking to add a good/new/experienced service advisor to our team NOW.

· Properly manage customer’s expectations. Our shop never make promises the shop is unable to keep.

· Positive team member and works well with a team.

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

· Great communication skills.

· Deadline and detail oriented.

· Organized and clean.

· Must be coachable and willing to follow our company’s policies and procedures.
