Position: Automotive Service Advisor

Type: Full-Time

Location: Hastings, Nebraska

Compensation: Starts between $16 - $18 per hour + Commission

The Opportunity:

As a Service Advisor, you will greet customers, listen to their descriptions of issues or services needed, identify the type of services necessary and prepare repair orders. You will also inform customers of additional repairs a Service Technician might deem required and provide the customer a quote.

The Responsibilities:

• Answer a high volume of customer calls and emails daily

• Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician

• Make repair recommendations and set the customer’s expectations

• Provide accurate cost and time of completion estimates for the services recommended to the customer

• Communicate and acquire proper authorizations from the customer on all repairs

• Perform other duties as assigned

The Requirements:

• Willingness to learn new skills and abilities (No previous experience necessary)

• Strong grammar and communication skills

• Punctuality and reliability

• Basic computer and technology skills

• Valid Driver’s License

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
