Eastern Shore Auto Repairs has an opportunity for an experienced Full Time Service Writer to join our team! If you're an experienced Service Writer or Gearhead looking for a great work environment in a clean and busy shop please apply.
*Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing Specified Repairs in Compliance with Company Procedures for Each Technician
- Efficiently Communicating Between Technicians & Customers To Recommend, Complete, and/or Address Necessary Vehicle Services
- Answer Phone Calls & Emails from Customers & Suppliers
- Schedule Appointments
- Clean Office Spaces & Supply Room
- Restock & Organize Inventory
-Preparing End Of Day Paperwork with Receipts & Invoices
*Qualifications:
- General In Depth Understanding of Automotive Parts
- Retail/Wholesale Parts Experience Preferred*
- Computer Skills: Online Ordering, Research, Bill Writing, Etc.
- Customer Service Skills
-Service Writing or Advising Experience Acceptable
*Hourly rate is competitive; based on experience and certifications. Overtime hours available.
Schedule
- 8:30am to 6pm Monday- Friday
-12pm to 1pm Hour Lunch Break
-Closed Weekend & Most Major Holidays
