Automotive Service Advisor or Technician Experience Required.

Previous Service Advisor or Mechanic experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate with an automotive background! Those with previous Service, Sales/Retail, or Parts Department experience in Auto, RV, Powersport, or Marine setting are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities – Service Advisor:

• Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work
• Greet customers and inspect their vehicle
• Advise customers about necessary/suggested services and costs
• Follow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
• Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
• Upon completion of work, review work order with customer to assure all concerns are addressed
• Provide a completely satisfied customer experience

Qualifications – Service Advisor:

• Previous experience is required
• Previous Service, Sales/Retail, or Parts Department experience in Auto, RV, Powersport, or Marine setting is a HUGE PLUS!
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
