Lithia Motors & Driveway is searching for a hands-on Automotive Service Manager in our Camp Chevrolet dealership in Spokane who can lead our teams to achieve targeted goals while providing an exceptional customer experience.

If you are a high-performing dealership Service Manager with a proven track record of success in training and motivating a service team to perform at the highest level, as well as grow the business by establishing and fostering excellent relationships, we want to hear from you!

• Must be able to maintain a quality staff that meets and exceeds training standards outlined by the manufacturer
• Consistently meet departmental production objectives
• Manage the administration, tracking and follow-up required to stay current on warranty, receivables and service contracts
• Read, understand and take action on MIS to generate maximum revenue and control expenses
• Inspect repair orders daily for legibility, accuracy and legality
• Ensure technical staff are properly trained and have the breadth of experience necessary to cover customer needs
• Recruit, hire and train quality people in all service positions
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customer concerns, asking the appropriate questions, and finding the best possible solutions
• Create and implement a sales marketing plan that will show specific growth to the service department
• Proven success seeking new customers and new marketing opportunities

The estimated annual earning range for positions in Service, Detail, and Parts varies based upon the position. Some positions include commissions and/or bonus opportunities (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”, Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”).

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
