Pay includes a combination of salary, commission, and bonuses for performance. This person has an opportunity to make $60k - $75k+

Indiana Auto Care is a family-owned and operated set of Jiffy Lube stores in Indiana. We have 17 store locations including Anderson, Pendleton, Noblesville, Kokomo, Fishers, Muncie, New Castle, Greenfield, Marion, Warsaw, and Goshen.

Responsibilities:

The primary function of a Store Manager is to safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers. The Store Manager oversees and manages daily operation of a retail store with full profit and loss responsibility. Additionally, Store Managers are accountable for overall store safety, employee orientation and training, inventory, scheduling, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in management is required.

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred. Must interact well with customers.

- A valid state driver’s license is required to apply for this position.
