We are The Taverna Collection (www.drivetaverna.com), an auto dealership specializing in European vehicles. We have been in business 15 years and sell ~300 vehicles a month.

We are looking for an experienced Title Team Leader to lead our Title Department. The right candidate is someone who has experience leading a team, experience in Auto Dealership Title Processing both in state and out of state, and has a professional and committed work ethic.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Manage a team of 4 clerks focused on titles - from acquisition of trade/auction titles, to processing of ~300 Florida and Out of State titles per month
• Process Florida deals by printing paperwork, combining with title, and sending to our tag agency
• Process out of state deals by getting paperwork from the customer, combine with the title, and scan/upload for review to DLRDMV

Pay will be a combination of base salary and bonus depending on two factors - number of titles outstanding to process, and number of titles processed yet not complete over 60 days.

Experience using DLRDMV, Reynolds and Reynolds, and out of state titling is required.
