Job description
Project Manager candidates needed for Audiovisual and Video Teleconferencing installation and support project management. Successful candidates will have minimum 3 years of previous experience in a similar role, and will be able to demonstrate technical experience working with leading industry technology vendors such as Crestron, Extron, AMX, Biamp, QSC, Vaddio, Planar, and others. Must have a valid passport and be able to travel as required, primarily in the DC Metro region.
Only candidates with an existing, valid US Government-issued security clearance will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management support for ongoing and future projects
- Technical team lead and onsite customer Point of Contract and coordinator
- Manage tasks regarding technical support, break/fix response, and maintenance actions
- Producing required data and reports to supervisor as needed
- Maintaining existing certifications and security clearance qualifications
- Supervise technicians and support personnel both onsite/during customer installations, as well as in between active projects, ensuring optimal productivity
- Maintain, track, and update existing equipment inventory and utilize existing inventory to the maximum benefit of the company and its customers
Schedule & Travel:
- Primarily, the PM will work normal weekday shifts at customer locations or the home office in Lorton, VA
- The PM will occasionally need to work late hours or weekend hours in order to complete projects in per-determined time frames
- 70% of all travel will occur within the DC Metro region and will not require overnight accommodations
- The remaining 30% of project travel will occur in other US locations, and on very rare occasions, outside of the country
- Most projects requiring travel are completed in 1-3 weeks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
