Job Description: Medical family in Kildeer seeks an experienced, career nanny 4 days per week! Nanny must be reliable and seeking a long-term fit. Late July start date. Mondays off! The family is moving from out of state so the first month will take place in Hoffman Estates until the family closes on their home in Kildeer in August.

Compensation: $1,062-$1,190/week + PTO, holidays, vacation time

Schedule: Guaranteed 42.5 hours. Tuesday – Friday 7:00am-5:30pm. Mondays off.

Job Details and Responsibilities:

• Two children: 4 yo. in full-time school and 2yo. in morning preschool.
• Nanny will drop and pick up children from school and any activities.
• Primary responsibility is childcare such as taking children outside for walks and to parks, providing meals, facilitating naps, developmental and learning activities.
• Nanny should be comfortable caring for both children at once and able to facilitate a daily schedule.
• Nanny should be knowledgeable regarding developmentally appropriate activities and games for both ages.
• Nanny should be knowledgeable regarding child development and milestones.
• When kids are at school, various responsibilities such as light housekeeping, wiping down surfaces, vacuuming, picking up toys, folding children's laundry etc.
• One parent may be in/out of the home on some days.

Qualifications:

• Nanny should have verifiable experience working with 2 children and looking for a long-term commitment with a family.
• Reliable and communicative.
• Patient and truly love time with children.
• Mature, responsible yet able to keep up with busy kids!
• Family is new to the city so someone knowledgeable of area activities would be beneficial.
• Nanny should drive and have a safe driving record. Nanny must have a vehicle that can be used on the job. Gas and mileage covered.
