Bar Marseille seeks Runners and Back Waiters for summer season

We are currently seeking experienced Runners and Back Waiters to join our team at an upscale casual French-inspired restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, an attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The starting pay rate is $10 per plus tips. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensure timely delivery of food from kitchen to tables
  • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and assist with table setting
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Food Runner or Backwaiter preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Willingness to learn about food and wine
