Role:

• We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Baker to work in our Williamsville location. They should be able to perform all tasks listed below and do so in a friendly and timely manner.

Responsibilities (Critical behaviors associated with this role):

• minimum age 18, baking experience preferred
• Taking inventory of cookies
• Taking inventory of ingredients
• Ensuring all orders are received and filled promptly
• Intake of all ingredient and supplies shipments and deliveries
• Leading Baking Assistants in rolling dough and preparing cookies
• Responsible for reaching cookie quota each shift
• Working longer hours leading up to holidays and events
• Maintaining a supply of our classic and weekly specialty flavors
• Making sure ingredients are being used on a FIFO basis
• Leading and ensuring daily and weekly cleaning and organizing tasks are completed
• Keeping inventory organized and recording all items required to be ordered each week
• Ordering all ingredients and supplies for the kitchen

This role is flexible based on each employee. It requires 6-9 hour shifts, with a minimum availability of 2-6 days a week.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
