Chief Customer Happiness Officer (AKA Smile Master)

Job Summary:

Yoyo Donuts is seeking a Chief Customer Happiness Officer (AKA Smile Master) to join our team of happiness ninjas! In this role, you will be responsible for spreading joy and good vibes to our customers, while providing top-notch service and solving any problems that arise. The ideal candidate should have a sunny disposition, a talent for making people feel good, and a willingness to wear a silly hat (optional). In this role, you will be responsible for serving, and promoting the most delicious donuts known to humanity. The ideal candidate should have a sweet tooth, a positive attitude, and a willingness to get their hands covered in frosting.

Responsibilities:

Serve up our sweet treats with a smile, and making sure each customer feels like a VIP.

Spread happiness like confetti, greeting each customer with a smile and a compliment.

Work your magic to resolve any customer issues or concerns, turning frowns upside down and leaving our customers feeling delighted.

Collaborate with your fellow Smile Masters to come up with new and exciting ways to surprise and delight our customers.

Keep a close eye on customer feedback, using your Jedi-like skills to anticipate and solve problems before they even arise.

Keep the kitchen and dining area clean and tidy, making sure our customers always have a donut-worthy experience.

Qualifications:

A sunny disposition that can brighten even the gloomiest of days.

A talent for making people feel good, whether through compliments, jokes, or just a friendly chat.

The ability to multitask like a donut juggler.

A willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our customers are happy and satisfied.
