- Hourly rate, $10 plus service charge. Historically, our full-time Banquet Captains earn $57,000-$70,000.

- Maintain high standards of event execution.
- Supervise all banquet team members throughout meal service and delegate tasks as needed.
- Oversee banquet room setup, directing team members on client specifications.
- Check all Banquet Event Orders to make sure all information is accurate.
- Follow all sanitary laws and regulations, as well as company policies regarding proper cleaning and safe food handling.
- Must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as being extremely thorough and efficient.
- Communicate effectively with staff members, management and kitchen during service.
- Ensure that all guest have a memorable experience filled with hospitality and exceptional service.
- All other duties, as assigned.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Team-oriented mentality.
- Previous banquet serving experience required. Past Banquet Captain & Supervisory experience preferred.
