A Banquet Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food for large-scale events. They contribute to menu planning, maintain kitchen organization and inventory, adhere to food safety standards, collaborate with the culinary team, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a banquet cook or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
