Starting wage for this position is $15.00 per hour based on experience plus gratuities. Job Description:
Our Banquet Servers prepare all hot/cold food items; Are responsible for consistency and quality production and ensure all food is served according to specification; Smile and always provide friendly and professional service, with genuine care and attention to detail; Exercise a sense of urgency for guest inquiries, requests and/or concerns; Be knowledgeable in menu offerings and preparations; Submit and deliver food orders, acting as a liaison between the guest and kitchen team; Complete all assigned prep and side work with attention to detail; Maintain a clean and organized work environment; Handle cash and utilize a POS (Point of Sale) System as applicable; Help team members as needed to encourage a team atmosphere; Take pride in your role in order to embody an exceptional guest service atmosphere; Other duties as assigned by management; Nights, Weekends, and Holidays required; Computer skills enough to learn hotel operating system, MS office, and internet.
Additional Job Requirements:
· Restaurant experience required. We are looking for experience cooks.
· Ability to work with all types of people.
