Havana Ann Arbor is Hiring A Motivated Bar Manager!

At Havana, we specialize in island style bbq, street food style small plates (Tapas), and tropical drinks that pack a punch! Our basement speakeasy is a fully licensed cigar bar with 40 4k TVs and comfortable leather seats.

Work Week:

This would be a 5 day work week consisting of 3 bartending shifts and 2 managing shifts on the highest volume days.

Role Responsibilities include: Scheduling, Staffing, Training, Staff Development, Ordering, Inventory, Enforcing Standards, Controlling Loss, Social Media, and Growing Sales.

Compensation:

$15-18/hour + Tips + Profit Sharing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
