M Recruitment are searching for a bar supervisor to join a hotel in West Dublin.
Under the general guidelines of the Departmental Manager / Assistant Manager, ensure the day-to-day operations are carried out in line with department and Hotel standards. To provide 100% quality service to guests at all times. To carry out duties in accordance with statutory, health and safety requirements
- To carry out all the Bars, Café Lounge duties to the standards as laid down in the standard of performance manuals.
- To maximize revenue, through up selling and additional sales, efficient recording of sales.
- To ensure all staff are familiar with safe keeping, cash handling, credit policy of the hotel
- To assist in the compilation and achievement of the Bars budget
- To ensure that all standards are met at all times
- To comply with the RSA policy at all times
- To supervise the bar staff
- To assist the bar manager / assistant manager in running the bar.
- To assist with daily training
- To assist in compiling the weekly roster and payroll forecast when required
- To ensure all guests queries are handled promptly and efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
