Immediate opening for a full-time, part-time Bar Back/Server Assistant at an established Hotel & Convention Center on the beautiful Panama City Beach. Previous experience preferred but will train the right person.

Job Summary:

Provide support to the bar and wait staff by stocking, cleaning, organizing inventory and assisting with guests. Maintain, organize, and secure products used daily for service. Incumbent is expected to have excellent attendance and communication skills, possess the ability to build lasting business relationships, and exhibit professionalism.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Front of House staff and stock all products necessary for service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized work area.
• Report any deficiencies that need attention to management immediately.
• Remove all trash from outlets daily and dispose of properly in dumpsters.
• Maintain & clean equipment to operation specs.
• Maintain & Clean floors and floor mats.
• Greet and Assist guests of the resort giving proper direction & information.
• EOE and Drug Free Workplace

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Relevent: 1 year (Preferred)
