Statement of Purpose:
Under the direction of the Surgical Weight Loss Coordinator and Director of Surgical Services, greets and checks in incoming patients, family, and visitors for multiple departments including the Surgical Weight loss program and other Outpatient departments in the office suite. Supports day-to-day clinical activities and schedules follow-up appointments for these areas. For the Surgical Weight Loss program specifically, coordinates all necessary preoperative appointments and supports the bariatric surgical patients throughout the process, monitors surgical weight loss video attestation forms and schedules potential new patients for initial visit.

Education: High School Diploma required

Certification / License: N/A

Experience:
2 to 4 years of administrative experience preferred, with some being in healthcare. Must have customer service experience.
Demonstrated strong skill in using technology in an accurate and efficient manner.
Excellent customer service skills and a sense of urgency required.
Strong organizational, and time management skills required.
Ability to perform with flexibility and meticulous attention to detail.
Must be able to address all issues with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Must be effective working independently and as well on teams and with other departments.
