Ten Ren’s Tea Time is a premium tea house and restaurant chain under the Ten Ren’s Tea Group. Spanning 8 different locations across the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire area, we are continuously expanding. Our loyal guests love us for the consistent quality and service we have been delivering for over 50 years!

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers as they come into the restaurant
• Take customer orders operating a touch-sensitive POS System
• Provide answers to queries presented by customers regarding services and offers made available by the restaurant
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
• (Baristas) Prepare drinks/desserts for customer orders

Basic Qualifications:

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Self motivated
• Fast learner
• Team player
• Multi-tasking and time management skills
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Good communication & customer service skills
