Blume Organics Market & Boutique in Peachtree City, GA is looking for a barista to join our strong team. We are located on 300 Willowbend Rd.. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.

A Barista ensures that guests are greeted warmly upon entry, shares descriptions about our café food and beverages, and prepares delicious coffee, tea and smoothies for each guest. With an expansive offering of freshly-baked pastries and signature coffee beverages, this position entails a dynamic, highly-specialized workflow, with plenty of opportunities to perfect the art of the modern-day Barista: from pulling the perfect espresso shot to pouring the picturesque latté art.

Responsibilities

*Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs *Maintain a clean and tidy work area *Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally

Qualifications

*Must be upbeat, outgoing, positive, & a team player. *Must possess great people skills and assist guests with any questions. *Must be able to work positively in a fast-paced environment. *Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. *Ability to work well with others. *Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. as needed. *Basic Math Skills. *6 months of previous work experience in a guest service or customer relations environment preferred. *High integrity with a great attendance record *Strong attention to detail
