Boston Stoker Coffee Company is celebrating 50 years as a family owned and operated local coffee roaster based in Dayton, Ohio. As a growing company, we are incredibly excited to be joining the Dublin community with our newest location opening soon in Shawnee Hills and we are looking to build a strong team of coffee-loving individuals to help us share our passion with the community. Are you an experienced barista or would like to learn the craft to become one? We’re looking for the right individuals – experienced or not - to join our team to serve the best coffee in Dublin. Our trainers can help the right individual feel confident in their skills and ability to create delicious drinks.

As a successful barista you’re enthusiastic about serving the public. You have excellent communication skills with a warm, inviting attitude. You’re consistent in creating drinks and baking goods while following written recipes. You’re able to lift up to 50 lbs. and to walk or stand for an entire shift.

Do you have a willingness to learn and enjoy helping others? Cash handling experience is needed, and the ability to multitask while fulfilling orders.

It’s a fun job, and an amazing team, but it’s more than just coffee. We partner with some of the most well-known brands in the area to offer the highest quality products and baked goods. Stocking our retail area, and maintaining a clean café is important.
