JavaPrimo currently has openings for Baristas in Arkadelphia. Barista duties include taking customer orders, making specialty coffee drinks, providing exceptional customer service, answering phones, general cleaning, etc.

The ideal person for this position is a self-starter with an upbeat and outgoing personality who is looking for an opportunity for advancement. Restaurant/food service and/or retail experience preferred. Part time positions with opportunity to advance to full time.. Full time employees are eligible for health, dental & vision insurance. Pay structure includes base hourly pay plus tips with a guaranteed minimum of $11.50 per hour.
