- At Pressed Cafe we strive to serve all of our drinks within under 3 min.
- Can sell specialty coffee and knows which grinding and brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines; demonstrating how brewing equipment operates.
- Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks such as, espresso, cafe latte, and cappuccino.
- Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions.
- Can differentiate a good and a bad espresso shot and knows to adjust the espresso grinder.
- Learns how to do the coffee order.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
