Barista needed to set the bar higher in Houston's coffee scene. We're a shop that's dedicated to customer service and quality products. We're looking for that barista that can collectively elevate and educate our customer to drinking good coffee.

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: Starts at $10.00/hr +tips share (~$6+)

Qualification:

• In depth knowledge of specialty coffee brewing science and practice.
• Must have a positive attitude about life and a will to share that excitement.
• Work experience as a barista in a coffee shop

Experience:

• 1yr+ in a coffee shop as a Barista.

Positions Available:

Responsibilities will be:

• Adhere to the coffee program set forward by The Yellow Cup.
• Operate, clean and maintain all coffee equipment in order to uphold the quality standards. Work in a safe and efficient manner.
• Provide world class customer service by engaging the customer with courtesy and professionalism.
• Being proactive in addressing customer needs and to exceed their expectations.
• Ensure our products are of the highest quality and maintain consistency set by the instructions and standards in our recipe.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
