The Granola Bar of Westport is searching for experienced and energetic Baristas & Servers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate about the food and beverage industry and enjoys working with people. The Barista plays a key role in our energetic team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to provide excellent customer service. You’ll have the opportunity to be part of a fun atmosphere where both customers and employees have a great experience that’s welcoming and engaging.

The ideal candidate for this position would be friendly, outgoing, punctual, have exceptional customer service skills, and be able to work as a team. Must have an open/flexible schedule. We are a busy breakfast and lunch restaurant so you will NOT have to work late nights. We are a growing company with a fun, fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone to join our family, so if you are just seeking a temporary job please do not apply.

Prior serving experience is PREFERRED for this position. The ideal candidate would have experience with a manual espresso machine, general coffee knowledge, able to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure. Experience as a server in a fast paced restaurant.
