Craft 31, a fun and energetic company in Williamsburg, VA is seeking all positions front-of-the-house. Now hiring hosts, bartenders, & servers to offer warm and welcoming hospitality to our guests. Bartender experience required, server experience preferred, hosts should have some experience with the public.

We are looking for enthusiastic bartenders and servers to provide an excellent guest experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Good servers will make our guests happy and fulfill orders efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails when applicable
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep station organized, stocked and clean

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
