Experience required. OurBaron's Pub is looking for a responsible and fun Bartender to join our team. Baron's Pub at Mittersill is unique in its history and service. Our long time guests hold it very close to their hearts. The Pub serves Beer and Wine and limited menu. (no hard liquor - not a full service restaurant). Located at Mittersill Alpine Resort, a seasonally busy, year-round resort, located in scenic Franconia Notch, next door to Cannon Mountain.

Basic hours of operations are Tuesday - Saturday, 5pm-11pm (hours may vary), Flexible schedule, some holidays may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of NH State Liquor Laws and Food & Beverage service experience required.
• The ideal candidate must have Bartending and food service experience.
• Adhere to company standard operating procedures.
• Comprehend and perform the drink making process to provide high quality customer service.
• Maintain a clean bar and kitchen.
• Rinse glasses and other bar items to ensure that they are properly cleaned and sanitized.
• Communicate effectively with customers and other staff members.
• Ensure the safety of drinks by following proper procedures.
• Supervise other bartenders and servers if/when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
