Iron Chef Masaharu Moriomoto is now hiring experienced Bartenders at our new location - Morimoto Asia Napa, an upscale casual concept in the Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto portfolio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
- Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings
- Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
- Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness
- Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
- Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Maintains knowledge of menu cuisine, wine list, special items, etc. featured in the restaurant.
- Must be able to operate computer and point-of-sale (POS) equipment with accuracy and appropriate speed.
- Must be able to carry and lift items up to but not limited to 50lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
